Creative Presence is a series of workshops that blend mindfulness and collage to open a space of calm, presence, and creative exploration.
These sessions invite you to engage with collage not just as a technique, but as a language of presence and personal expression.
What to expect in each session:
🌿 Grounding exercises to settle the mind and awaken the senses.
✨ Guided prompts for self-reflection and mindful exploration.
🎨 Hands-on collage practice, experimenting with accessible techniques.
💬 Gentle sharing & affirmations to nurture connection and meaning.
🌙 Closing reflections to integrate the experience and carry it beyond the workshop.
Through cutting, layering, and composing, collage becomes a playful way to slow down, experiment, and access your inner world.
No prior artistic experience is needed; what matters is the willingness to create and connect.
Open to adults of all backgrounds, genders, and skill levels, this program offers a playful and reflective environment that supports wellbeing and invites each person to express their unique voice through art.
Each session is designed to support creativity, wellbeing, and self-discovery. This is more than learning collage - it’s about discovering how art-making can ground you, expand your awareness, and reconnect with yourself.
