Fernanda Asti

Originally from Argentina and calling Aotearoa my home since 2018 — a place that witnessed my rebirth — I use visual art, especially collage, as a bridge to mindfulness, personal reflection, and self-discovery.

Since arriving in Aotearoa, I’ve deepened my practice in paper-based techniques, studying remotely for three years with Arte Andarín, a Latin American art collective focused on creative exploration through paper. I also studied and completed my Life Coach certification here in New Zealand, further integrating my passion for personal development and wellbeing into my work.

Back in Argentina, I worked closely with the community and spent over ten years teaching at the public university, supporting and mentoring students through their creative processes in filmmaking and visual storytelling.

In 2024, a near-death experience and a medical diagnosis transformed my path, making collage my anchor for healing and returning to the present moment. I now dedicate my time to bringing Creative Presence to life — a project that blends art, mindfulness, and coaching to foster wellbeing and authentic self-expression. I believe deeply in the power of art as a tool to reconnect with ourselves and to build more meaningful communication with others. I facilitate group workshops, offer one-on-one coaching, and share my artistic journey through my work. In every space I hold, I bring presence, compassion, and a strong belief that we can all reconnect, transform, and bloom. I’m here to walk alongside you with creativity and purpose.
