Find your inner poet!

Poetry as a Tool for Wellness focuses on the whole person’s wellbeing.

It’s about individuals using poetry to find meaning in their own lives, rather than understanding exactly what the author may have intended. Using Poetry as a Tool for Wellness, we create an environment of generous support and focus on how poems and words can offer healing and self-understanding. It uses imagination to provide us with a new way to look at our lives and the world around us.
