Would you like to feel confident using computers, the internet, email, Microsoft Office, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)?

This practical one-day workshop is designed for adults who want to build confidence in using technology for everyday life and work. Through guided demonstrations, hands-on activities, and practical exercises, participants will learn essential computer skills, internet skills, email management, online safety practices, and the basics of AI.

Participants will gain practical skills, useful strategies, and an understanding of how technology can support communication, learning, organisation, and productivity in everyday life, and at workplace.

Whether you are new to technology, returning to work, supporting your family, or simply wanting to keep up with today’s digital world, this workshop will provide a solid foundation for continued learning and digital confidence.
